When the Carer Needs a Break
Being a full-time carer for an adult or a child is exhausting, often, it’s a family member who has taken on the role out of necessity.
Still, you need a break. You need someone to come in and take over for some time whilst you “get things done” or maybe just go for a walk and rest.

We’re You – Temporarily
Whatever your loved one needs, we can handle it while you take a break from being a carer.
- Cooking food – We can make lunch or dinner as needed.
- Laundry – If you need a hand getting everything washed, we can help with that too.
- Medication – We can make sure that your loved one takes their medicine on time.
- Watch – We’re here to make sure everything is okay and that no one wanders off.
On-call – As Needed
You can schedule the same day and time every week or simply give us a day or two notice. One of our carers will be there on time to learn what you need and to take care of everyone, including you. We will try and give you the same carer all the time for the purpose of consistency and continuity.
Guilt-free Care
Often family members feel a bit guilty for leaving their loved one at home while they go shopping or simply go out for dinner.
Please don’t, these short breaks are for your mental well-being. We make sure everything is fine while you’re away so that you don’t need to worry.
You’re a better caregiver when you’re relaxed, when the things that only you can do are handled, and when you’ve had a chance to breathe.
This is as much for your loved one as for you.
Complex Care
If your loved one or your charge needs complex medical care, that’s okay. Our team ranges from trained and experienced care assistants to registered nurses. We handle any level of care that anyone needs.
All you need to do is let us know what you’ll need, when you’ll need it, and what special instructions need to be followed, and we will deliver every time.
